Ramit Mizrahi practices in the area of employment law, focusing on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Ms. Mizrahi graduated from Yale Law School. She received a Master of Science degree with Merits from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science degree with Highest Honors from UC-Berkeley. Her work has been published in the Yale Law Journal.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mizrahi clerked for the Honorable Richard Paez of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, where she worked on a number of appeals involving sex, race, national origin, age, and disability discrimination claims. Before that, he practiced at a plaintiff-side employment and labor law firm in San Francisco, where she was involved in litigating both individual discrimination cases and civil rights class actions.
While in law school, Ms. Mizrahi worked at the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice. She was an editor of the Yale Law Journal, and the Yale Journal of Law & Feminism. Ms. Mizrahi also served as a research assistant for Professor Vicki Schultz.
