Mr. Olmos has an extensive background in employment discrimination law and civil rights. After graduating from U.C. From 1991-1995 Mr. Olmos served as Executive Director of the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, one of the largest providers of legal services in the country, handling 33,000 cases per year with an annual budget of $10,000,000.

Mr. Olmos also actively participates in a wide range of bar activities and non-profit organizations. He was a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Board of Trustees (1994 to 1996) and of the 1996 Conference of Delegates of the State Bar of California.
