Olivia Flechsig is a Partner at Allred, Maroko & Goldberg and focuses on representing clients in harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination disputes with their employers. She also specializes in representing both adult and child survivors of sexual violence.

Ms. Flechsig joined Allred, Maroko & Goldberg after graduating from Stanford Law School and has since helped recover tens of millions of dollars in settlements and judgment for their clients.

Whether advising C-suite executives or hourly wage earners, Ms. Flechsig is trusted by clients for her thoughtful and empathetic approach. She utilizes trauma-informed lawyering practices to support and empower her clients, while fiercely advocating for them in litigation and prelitigation negotiations alike.

Recently, Ms. Flechsig, along with Partner Dolores Leal, won a $4 million unanimous jury verdict in federal court against Chevron USA on behalf of a client whose job offer was rescinded because of his disability. They also won him an additional $1.67 million in attorneys’ fees and costs post-trial.

Ms. Flechsig’s case results have been featured in Bloomberg Law, CNN, The Times, and Daily Journal’s “Top Verdicts.” She has also been selected as a Super Lawyer “Rising Star” in Employment Law, an honor reserved for the top 2.5% lawyers under 40 years of age and/or in their first 10 years of practice.

Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Flechsig teaches Applied Trial Advocacy at Loyola Marymount University and enjoys hiking, scuba diving, and golfing.
